請注意

1. 申請者必須為本校在學學生，請提供英文版在學證明，於2024年4月22日前繳交正本至國際處。
2. 申請者必須能夠讀寫平假名和片假名。
3. 請填寫附件 “参加希望者リストNomination_Form_SU_Summer2024” 的

第2.項 Nominated Students List学生情報，並回傳excel檔案至oia12@nutc.edu.tw，請符合資格且有意願報名者於2024年4月22日前回傳完畢。

國際處這邊將協助彙整資料統一寄至姊妹校札幌大學。
