提升學生國際化能力、優化學生外語能力及培養學生向世界移動之能力，同時提升本校國際化品質；建立華語學習平台，擴大招收國際學生，打造國際化學習環境；拓展及深化姊妹校實質合作，提供本校師生更多國際交流的形式及管道；引進各國文化，創造多元化校園。
國際事務處下轄三組，包括國際暨兩岸合作組、國際學生交流組，以及兩岸學生交流組，目前共計7位工作人員。自民國104年8月成立以來，積極推動國際合作交流、招收境外生及境外生輔導等事務。
在國際合作交流方面，目前已與位於歐洲、美洲、亞洲及大洋洲的103間國外知名大專院校建立姊妹校的合作關係，進行短期的學生交換、雙聯學制、寒暑假遊學，以及學術交流研習與參訪等活動。目前赴海外之交換生人數有31位。
在境外生方面，截至111年6月，在本校就讀之境外生共有236位，其中包括來自美國、德國、日本、香港、澳門、馬來西亞、越南、印尼、泰國、緬甸、布吉納法索及中國大陸的學位生。
We aim to help our students adapt better to an increasingly globalizing world and improve their multilingual capabilities, so as to improve our connectionwith the world. We are creating a globalized learning environment by enrolling more international students while providing a Chinese learning platform. We also aim to improve both the quality and the quantity of our partnerships with institutes from across the globe, providing more opportunities for international collaborations. Our goal is to create a diversified environment of learning by introducing multinational cultures to our school.
The Office of International Affairs consists of fourthree subordinates, namely the International and Cross-Straits Cooperation Section, the International Student Exchange Section, and the Cross-Straits Students Exchange Section, with a total of 7 staff members. Since the establishment in August 2015, the Office of International Affairs has been devoted to promoting international cooperation and exchanges as well as recruiting and counselling foreign students. At present, there are 31 exchange students going overseas.
Currently, we have established international cooperation and partnerships with 103 sister schools in Europe, America, Asia, and Oceania, to carry out short-term exchange programs, dual degree programs, study tours in winter and summer vacations, conferences and academic visits, etc.
As of June 2022, a total of 236 foreign students, from the United States, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Burkina Faso, and China, are studying in the University.
