つきましては、添付の募集要項をご参照いただき、「推薦名簿（推薦教員作成）」及び「参加申込書（参加希望学生作成）」をご記入のうえ、

「パスポートの写し」「成績証明書」を添えて、下記メールアドレスまで6月16日（火）までにお送りいただきますようお願いいたします。

We are pleased to inform you that the winter session of the AY2026 Japanese Language and Culture Special Program will be held as follows. 

Program Name: Japanese Language and Culture Special Program (AY2026 Summer)

Venue: Hiroshima University (Higashi-Hiroshima Campus and nearby areas, Hiroshima City, etc.)

Period: July 16 (Thursday) – July 31 (Friday), 2026

* The program will be conducted for applicants from all regions this year.

We kindly ask you to review the attached Application Guidelines, and submit the following documents to the email address below by Tuesday, June 16:

・List of Recommended Students (prepared by the faculty member)

・Application Form (filled in by each student))

・Copy of Passport

・Academic Transcript
